Just in time for the Halloween season, local impresario Joe West and his production company, Theater of Death, present a brand new series of original short plays with music and circus sidewhow. Audiences will be thrilled to the bone by this evening of comedy, oddity presentation and macabre.
Inspired by the Grand Guignol of late 19th century Paris, this is the 7th year of Theater of Death, which consistently performs to sold out audiences in the historic Engine House Theatre in Madrid New Mexico. Every year has a theme. This year is a nod to the carnival sideshows of yesteryear.
The Carnival Midway opens an hour before the show, so come early to experience the freaks, games of chance and special treats!
Though every effort is taken to make everyone comfortable, The Historic Engine House Theatre can be drafty. Wear layers.
Tickets are $20 and available at The MineShaft Tavern Cantina Bar or online at www.theaterofdeath.org.
