Josephine Lazarus

Come slow down for a relaxing evening yoga class in CCA’s Tank Garage Gallery! Lead by Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor Josephine Lazarus, this shoes-on, all abilities yoga class will encourage you to breath and find awareness, both in your body and in the gallery.

This class will incorporate slow-looking of artist Scott Johnson’s new exhibition, 'Fissure', within chair-based yoga for all. All are welcome to participate in this unique and memorable yoga experience!
