Learn to be a better ally and support sexual assault survivors. This class is for survivors and their friends, families & partners. Jimanekia is an assault survivor and sexuality educator devoted to supporting survivors, as well as supporting and building better allies within the community. We will cover what an ally is, how to be a better ally as well as different ways to give and find support in the community. Our goals for the class: Provide a clear identity to what an Ally looks like Provide tools to support survivors Provide tools to navigating internal struggles when you are an ally Support in expanding the ally community Provide local and national resources Accessibility info: Self Serve's entrance & bathroom are accessible.
