The Struggle of Positivity
Erica Enriquez is a creative muse pursuing her dream to make art that resonates and uplifts the spirits of others. She is 30 years old with a bachelors in Theatre Arts.
She has been making art pieces since her teens. This last year she has become very ill, and began to struggle with everyday tasks. While on the journey to get her health manageable, she has used her creativity to help deal with her many life changes.
Erica’s recent work is a true reflection of her personal journey to stay positive. She has learned that being positive and hopeful is a choice. It takes practice and hard work to stay positive. Its hard work to not allow the things you can’t control to derail every ounce of self-worth. The world can be very cruel and unkind. Erica Enriquez believes her purpose in this world is to endure and create something beautiful to not only take away her pain, but to make other people smile. Her artwork is a diary that makes the world a brighter place.
We look forward to your attendance. The OT Circus is a New Mexico based non-profit. We focus on using various therapeutic methods, and creativity, to build community, and to bring people of all abilities together.
We do this through various programs including pop up art shows, community outreach, and our monthly artist markets, with local makers, crafters, and community organizations.
