Water and Ancient Environments on Mars with Ryan Jackson

Rocks store a record of the environment in which they were laid down, on the Earth as well as Mars. Current work by scientists working with the Martian rovers are showing that the history of Mars includes rivers and lakes which are not too dissimilar from what was present on Earth at the same time.

Science on Tap is a free science talk sponsored by UNM, Explora, and the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History. Talks are free. Food and drink are available for purchase.
