Big Jim Farms is opening up the 9 acre farm in Los Ranchos every weekend from August 22nd until October 31st for organically grown Green & Red Chile U-Pick and onsite chile roasting. All chile will be grown chemical free and traditional variety seeds ranging from very mild to extra hot.
