The sixth installment of Captain America’s Garage & Wax happens at Low Spirits (2823 Second Street NW) on Saturday, April 6. Loop-based psych rock group The Fucking Adventures, desert surf outfit Phantom Lake and Bonnie-and-Clyde rock duo Mr. and Mrs. Jones provide the live entertainment portion of this 21-and-over gig starting at 9 p.m., but get there at 8 p.m. for hot wax spun by the Huron Valley Listening Club. Tickets are only five bucks.
