Santa Fe’s Young Curators Program's 20th juried youth art exhibition.

The public is invited to an opening reception with the Young Curators on Friday, April 5, 2013, 5-7 p.m. at the Santa Fe Community College, 6401 Richards Avenue.   The Young Curators also announce a schedule of public programs to further explore the themes of Phantasmagoria. The exhibit at SFCC is accompanied by the following special events:   Tuesday, April 16, 5:30-6:30 pm, Lecture: Ashley Nielsen, Dream Interpretation and Archetypes at SITE Santa Fe, FREE, Info: 989-1199   Saturday, April 20, 7:30 pm, Film:  Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind at the Center for Contemporary Arts Cinematheque, $5, Info: 982-1338   Friday April 26, 12:00pm, Gallery talk with the Young Curators, Visual Arts Gallery at the Santa Fe Community College, FREE   Sunday, April 28, 3:30 pm, Film: Waking Life at the Center for Contemporary Arts Cinematheque, $5, Info: 982-1338   Phantasmagoria is an exhibition of new works by young adults featuring video, sound, installation, painting and sculpture that explore dreams, surreal images and other bizarre creations of the mind. The show aims to immerse the human psyche into the mental and physical world of dreams. Phantasmagoria will awe, confuse, frighten and disturb viewers, leaving them overwhelmed with a sense of wonder and curiosity for the dream world.
