Mindfulness is the moment-by-moment awareness of our daily lives; and Mindful Eating is a nonjudgmental and compassionate way of bringing that awareness to our food and to the process of eating. This is a group for anyone who loves food and wants to improve their relationship with it. But more importantly, we also look at self development and how we can use our food to learn how to live mindfully.
