Insight Meditation is a way of self-transformation through nonjudgmental self-observation.
It focuses on gentle yet disciplined attention to the physical sensations of the body, like the breath, and formations of the mind, like thoughts. This observation-based, self-exploratory form of meditation leads one to the root of the mind and the body thereby dissolving delusion and resulting in a balanced heart and mind full of love and compassion. Everyone is welcome regardless of tradition, background or skill level.Â
