Open enrollment for Expressions of Joy, an organization that brings the joy of singing to adults with developmental disabilities and other special needs.

A willing heart and spirit are the only skills required. Come sing!  Open enrollment. Begins Tuesday, September 3, 7 PM, and continues Tuesday evenings until June 2014.
