NAHA (National Association of Holistic Aromatherapists) gathering to celebrate Autumn.  Connie Henry, ND, CPH, RN, NM Regional Director will host this class. Connie will share and offer essential oils for us to smell that are antiviral and are good for respiratory wellness. This will include discussion of how to maintain good immune health for the family through out the winter months using essential oils and herbals remedies.  Information on NAHA and its membership will be available.  Making an individual inhaler using essential oils will be available to participants to take with them. Class is $15, please pay at the door.  Exact change is appreciated.
