Learn how to bring more peace and happiness into our world by learning to cherish others, overcome anger and deal with stress.

Each class contains at least two meditations, a teaching, and short prayers in English. At the end of each class, we dedicate our beneficial actions to World Peace. No prior meditation experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.
