  • Kale for Your Ears

If you're tired of consuming radio junk food like Taylor Swift or the newest pop-punk boy band du jour, perhaps it's time to give your ears some aural enrichment. On Saturday, April 29, from 7-8:30pm at UNM Arts Lab, check out Tonal Relativity Games and Experiments. It's “a performance of composed, semi-composed and improvised works” from Prepared Ear, Death Convention Singers and University of North Texas Professor Elizabeth McNutt. It is also the auditory portion of an exhibition at Central Features called Imagining Sound (showing through April 29) by Alyce Santoro of Prepared Ear. This treat for the senses will welcome listeners of all ages and is totally free. (Renée Chavez)
