In Over Your Head
Image via PixabayThe last thing you need is a casket, right? No seriously, it might be the last thing you need. Why not get started on it today so you can design the resting place of your dreams? Or write your obit that reflects your life? Carpe diem and make your way to Before I Die Festival sponsored by A Good Goodbye and Albuquerque's preeminent thanatologist, Gail Rubin, the Festival hosts a casket building workshop on Tuesday, Oct. 30 from noon to 1:30pm at Fathers Building Futures, as well as an obituary writing course later that day at French Funerals on University from 4 to 6:30pm. Both events are free, check beforeidienm.com for more information. It would be a grave mistake to miss out. (Maggie Grimason)
