    Take a virtual tour of the food and culture of Chaco Canyon this Friday, Aug. 21. Join Native American chef and food historian, Chef Lois Ellen Frank, Ph.D for Cacao, Mole and Chaco Canyon, a virtual culinary event that celebrates the history and food of Native New Mexicans. Learn how to make a traditional mole chocolate and chile sauce featuring ancient ingredients that were used before Spanish spices were introduced.
