DESCRIPTION:Stage Fright is a live premiere of spooooky Halloween dances. Geared towards those who love the spooky season and want to broaden their horizons with a new kind of dance. The show acts as an abstract haunted house that you get to experience from the safety and comfort of an audience seat. The show will run ~40 minutes and will have an assortment of themes combined with exciting lights and choreography. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to wear your favorite costume to the performance so that you can head straight to your Halloween parties when the performance ends. This show is being self-produced by a local upcoming artist (also acting as designer and choreographer) so all ticket sales will be going towards the rental of the space and the cost of costumes for the dancers. Please come out to support dance in the community!

DESCRIPTION:Rio Grande Food Project’s Hike to End Hunger invites individuals\, families\, companies and organizations to walk\, hike\, run or bike with us to raise awareness about hunger in our communities. \nTake a gorgeous fall 5.5.mile loop hike (or shorter – YOU choose distance) along the beautiful Bosque Trail north of Alameda. Distances are marked every half mile\, and the upper trail is stroller friendly\, so bring the kids! Plus\, the entire event is dog friendly – even back at Boxing Bear Brewing Company’s outdoor patio. \nHike program begins at 10:00am in Boxing Bear Brewing Company’s Corrales Taproom parking lot. Immediately following the short program\, individuals\, families\, and teams set out on the marked path. After the hike\, hikers can eat & relax with friends on Boxing Bear’s patio with some delicious fare from Chupacabra Catering food truck. Stick around for family-friendly Fall Festivities from the fabulous team at Boxing Bear Brewing Company starting at 11:00am.
