La Bare (Showtime 7pm) Joe Manganiello (Magic Mike) directs this behind-the-scenes documentary about a famous male strip club in Dallas.

“Momsters: When Moms Go Bad” (ID 8pm) Awesome title, Investigation Discovery.

Saturday 29

“Punkin Chunkin: Superchunk!” (Discovery 7pm) The sport of hurling pumpkins has gone super. Apparently.

Christmas Under Wraps (Hallmark 6pm) An ambitious doctor (Candace Cameron Bure) moves to a small town in Alaska with a big secret. (Spoiler alert: Santa lives there.)

Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever (Lifetime 6pm) Yes, the inescapable internet meme gets its own holiday special in which Grumpy Cat (actual name: Tarder Sauce) helps a little girl find the “spirit and charm of Christmas.” Aubrey Plaza (“Parks & Recreation”) voices the cat. So there’s that.

Sunday 30

“The 2014 Soul Train Awards” (BET/Centric 6pm) Talk show host Wendy Williams hosts. It’s being aired jointly on BET and Centric. So apparently there’s a network called Centric.

Monday 1

“CMA Country Christmas” (KOAT-7 7pm) Jennifer Nettles, Carrie Underwood, LeAnn Rimes and Hunter Hayes get into the Christmas sprit. Idina Menzel drops by—which probably means we have to listen to some more Frozen songs.

“The Greatest Holiday Commercials Countdown” (KWBQ-19 8pm) Comedians Heather McDonald and Matt Weinhold count down the 12 best holiday commercials—between commercials.

Tuesday 2

“Toy Story That Time Forgot” (KOAT-7 7pm) Woody, Buzz and the rest of the gang from Pixar’s Toy Story get another holiday special.

“The Flash” (KWBQ-19 7pm) It had to happen sooner or later: The Flash goes head-to-head with Green Arrow.

Wednesday 3

“Christmas in Rockefeller Center” (KOB-4 7pm) Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie and Al Roker join musical guests Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett, Cyndi Lauper, Sara Bareilles and Idina Menzel. … Oh, man. Even more Frozen?
