“Jamie and Jimmy’s Food Fight Club” (Ovation 2pm) Pals/chefs Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty open a restaurant in Essex, invite some celebrity pals and perform various cook-offs with European chefs. This British cooking show is a heated-up leftover from 2014.
“Bachelorette Weekend” (CMT 9pm) CMT’s new reality show focuses on a Nashville-based company that plans and hosts elaborate bachelorette parties. So, that’s a thing now.

“Carter” (WGN 8pm) I feel bad for real-life police detectives. How in the world do they solve crimes if they aren’t partnered with writers, actors, psychics, fake psychics, magicians, Sherlock Holmes, Lucifer or an artificially intelligent supercomputer? In this new crime series, Jerry O’Connell stars as as an out-of-work actor who used to play a detective on TV and now … yup, helps the real police solve crimes.
