“2018 Americanafest” (CMT 7pm) Brandi Carlile, Lee Ann Womack, Roseanne Cash, K.D. Lang, Buddy Guy, John Prine and other classic Americana acts perform at this 17th annual award ceremony from the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.

Friday 7

“Dogs of Berlin” (Netflix streaming anytime) This extremely European series follows two cops (Farhi Yardim, Felix Kramer) as they investigate the murder of a German-Turkish soccer star.

Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle (Netflix streaming anytime) A week after its release in “select” theaters, Netflix debuts Andy Serkis’ live-action/CGI adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s Jungle Book.

Icebox (HBO 6pm) HBO snaps up this timely drama about a 12-year-old Honduran refugee (Anthony Gonzalez) trapped in the US immigration system.

“RuPaul’s Drag Race: Holi-Slay Spectacular” (VH1 6pm) Former “Drag Race” contestants such as Eureka O’Hara, Kim Chi, Mayhem Miller, Shangela Laquifa Wadley and Trixie Mattel compete to be crowned “Drag Race Christmas Queen.”

Saturday 8

Santa’s Boots (Lifetime 6pm) When she learns her family’s hometown department store is on the brink of bankruptcy, a young woman (Broadway baby Megan Hilty) volunteers to fill in as Santa’s Helper—only to fall in love with the hunky man behind the beard (Canadian model Noah Mills).

“Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings: Holiday Magic” (Freeform 6pm) If you have to get married at Disneyland on Christmas in order to make the day special, I have a sneaking suspicion that your real life isn’t all that interesting.

“White House Christmas 2018” (HGTV 4pm) HGTV takes a close look at Melania’s creepy, red “Handmaid’s Tale” Christmas trees.

“The Flash” (KWBQ-19 7pm) The CW kicks off its fifth annual “Elseworlds” crossover event. This week’s episodes of “The Flash,” “Arrow” and “Supergirl” introduce Batwoman (Ruby Rose) and Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch) to the “Arrowverse.”

A Snow White Christmas (ION 7pm) “Blanca Snow” (Michelle Randolph) is hypnotized by her evil stepmother “Victoria Snow” (Carolyn Hennesy) and wakes up in a quaint motor lodge with amnesia. Fortunately, the place is run by seven quirky friends known as the “Holly Jollies.” Will she regain her memories in time to fall in love with “Lucas Prince” (Colt Prattes). Sheesh.

“Pentatonix: A Not So Silent Night” (KOB-4 9pm) Evidently, not everyone thinks a capella groups are the work of Satan.

Tuesday 11

“Darci Lynne: My Hometown Christmas” (KOB-4 8pm) “America’s Got Talent” season 12 champ Darci Lynne Farmer (the 13-year-old ventriloquist) gets an “Oklahoma-style” Christmas special.

Wednesday 12

“Back Street Girls: Gokudols” (Netflix streaming anytime) In this popular anime series outta Japan, three failed yakuza men are forced by their boss to either commit honorable suicide or get sex reassignment surgery in Thailand and become a female pop idol group. … Um. Yeah.

“Champaign ILL” (YouTube streaming anytime) After the death of their best friend, a wildly famous rap icon, two professional entourage members (Adam Pally from “The Mindy Project” and Sam Richardson from “Detroiters”) lose their lavish lifestyle and are forced to move back to Champaign, Il.

“Agnostic Front: The Godfathers of Hardcore” (Showtime 8pm) Pioneering ’80s New York punk-thrash band Agnostic Front gets the documentary treatment. Suck it, Pentatonix.
