Saints of Mobility: Holiness within the Borderlands

Dr. Calvo-Quirós’ lecture focuses on the mobility of saints across the Mexican/US border and the evolution of their identities.

Go through the postures of a basic sun salutation, beginner breath exercises and savasana. Other basic yoga postures are covered, building slowly to ensure correct alignment and modifications for each person.
