PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Program Coordinator - This position will be responsible for: · Ensuring compliance with all program and statutory requirements including financial reporting, including managing grant budget, and generating all required monthly and biannual reports for review by PI. · Create and maintain partnerships with community-based victim services including coordinating monthly meetings of service providers, ensuring 24-hour access for students to local confidential and advocacy services, and creating an on-campus presence of local service providers to raise awareness of local resources. · Planning and coordinating sexual violence prevention training activities and events, including mandatory prevention and education program for all incoming students, bystander intervention programs for all students, prevention programs on sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking for the entire campus community, and training for local law enforcement. · Participate in mandatory technical assistance training through the Office on Violence Against Women and the Department of Justice, including scheduling and organizing travel arrangements for all mandated university and community participants. · Create and distribute print material with information about local support and prevention resources for sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications: • Be able to work a flexible schedule • Experience working with varied populations in particular within the diverse communities of Northern New Mexico. • Experience with Higher Education federal and state proposals and funding. • Experience working in a team environment. $13.62- $20.43 All applicants must attach a resume, a cover letter and three supervisory references.
