PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Program Coordinator The UNM Law Clinic seeks a professional, highly organized and detail-oriented person to assist with a wide range of duties to include facilitating multiple program activities and special projects, handling confidential client information, preparing grant reports, tracking grant expenditures and program statistics. This position will report to, and work closely with the Law Clinic Operations Manager in planning and coordinating support activities for all Clinic programs, financial and budget-related projects, IT policies and procedures. The individual will assist with specified day-to-day law office operations, provide back-up coverage as needed for other Law Clinic staff, and may supervise and/or train lower level staff. Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook) Experience working in a legal environment Knowledge of law office management software Knowledge of budget and grant processes Ability to handle confidential data $13.63 to $20.43 hourly Please provide a cover letter, resume and 3 supervisory references.
