Join a fast paced team in providing nutritionally sound meals to young children. Responsibilities include working with a team to serve meals to approximately 250 children, three times per day; coordinates meal service with kitchen personnel and classroom staff; participate in meal preparation, cooking, service and clean-up; ordering supplies as necessary; and participating in required trainings and workshops, Center events, and functions. This is a full time benefits eligible position. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications: Training directly related to food production Experience: Working in a commercial kitchen Attending to daily maintenance of kitchen equipment Implementing USDA Food Program policies and procedures Directly relating to food handling, preparation and customer service Maintaining required Environmental Health and generally-accepted food industry standards $9.04-$12.65 hourly Please apply at:
