Customer Service Assoc/Retail The duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Associate / Retail position at the Harwood Museum will be greeting museum guests, answering phones, selling Museum store merchandise, taking admission fees, and providing information to museum patrons. In addition the position of Customer Service Associate / Retail, under direct supervision, will process event ticket sales for Public Programs, balance out and close the cash register at the end of a shift, as well as assist in closing of the museum and general security of the building and collection. This position has a limited number of hours per year and is not benefit eligible. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with: Microsoft Office Suite Retail and customer service in a museum or gallery gift shop Point of sales ticketing $9.04 - $10.00/hr Please apply at:
