We are located at 1021/1023 4th St. SW; within walking distance to downtown, the Zoo, the Bosque and the ATC; we are on the #54 bus route. Set up like a college dorm; 8 single rooms share 2 bathrooms and kitchen area. Each room is furnished with a twin bed, dresser, small fridge and microwave. Rent is $425/month (utilities included), $150 damage deposit with a month-to-month lease. Interviews are done on Fridays and Saturdays.
