Soobak is one of Albuquerque’s favorite food trucks, and proof that the food truck medium is a good one for fusion cuisine. The mobile kitchen has been making Korean tacos and bulgogi for the drunk-hungry and the regular-hungry amongst us to devour on the sidewalk since 2013.
