DESCRIPTION:This workshop if for couples who want to understand their relationship\, increase loving engagement\, strengthen their bond and learn successful relationship strategies. Scientific research and proven success tells us that life challenges are manageable when we feel connected to and supported by our partners. However\, if we feel disconnected and unsupported by our partner\, stress becomes unbearable and we experience loneliness\, unhappiness\, illness and distress. \nWe will give you tools to develop a strong and safe bond and address the difficulties in your relationship. Deepening connection with your partners – beneficial at any age and no matter how long you have been together. You can renew energy and develop the capacity for emotional and health benefits that come with a loving\, deep connection. You can forgive old injuries and repair ruptures in your relationship. The “Hold Me Tight” workshop is based on Emotionally Focussed Therapy which has a documented success of 72-80% for couples after a 5 year follow up.
