It’s no secret that I’m an adulating fan of Google, despite the fact that I realize they will some day take over the world. I’m like the girl who fell in love with her kidnappers. Anyway, as those of you who have been paying attention are well aware, Google has been putting a sizable amount of effort for some time into developing free software programs. My father, familiar with my love for the Internet megaliths, just e-mailed me an interesting article from CNET on their Top Ten Google applications–ranging from word processors to maps to photo organization.
