… until Tuesday, Oct. 10 . Consider this a reminder. The midterm elections are coming up on Tuesday, Nov. 7 , and we don’t want to hear any excuses from you come voting day that you "really wanted to vote, but forgot to register in time." Don’t play dumb.

You can pick up registration forms at the County Clerk’s Office (One Civic Plaza NW, on the sixth floor), any public library, CNM activities offices and at MVD locations. You can also call the County Clerk (468-1290) or Secretary of State (505-827-3600, 800-477-3632) Offices to ask for a registration form to be mailed to you.

Also, don’t forget that the
Albuquerque Public Schools Special Election is on Tuesday, Sept. 19 , which is asking voters to approve $391 million in general obligation bonds to build six new Westside schools, improve existing facilities and establish a system that will allow parents to view their kids’ attendance and grades online. The deadline to register to vote in time for this election has already passed, but if you’re registered, early voting has already started (which you can do at the County Clerk’s Office or the APS City Center, 6400 Uptown NE, near Coronado). To find out where to vote on Sept. 19, click here. For more information, visit the County Clerk’s website or call them at 468-1290.
