It’s wonderful news (for Dems) that Patricia Madrid is winning, but keep in mind that historically Heather Wilson has always trailed early in the evening. This is because the Republicans in District 1 have always had a better absentee voter campaign. This year might be different, but I’ll be you anything the race will narrow as the night goes on.
