Well, look at Santa Fe, once again leading the country on civic progress. A friend passed along some amazing news. It’s possible that Santa Fe voters will have a chance to approve a new voting paradigm that will allow them to rank candidates by preference. What does this mean? Well, for one thing, no more spoilers. If this concept were expanded to the federal level, our highly restrictive two-party system would almost certainly be blown wide open. Vote Nader 2008! Buchanan 2012!
