If you haven’t heard already: Richardson’s in. Now that he—finally—announced what all of New Mexico has known for the past few years the real excitement will begin. It’s fun to read about our governor in newspapers and blogs from around the nation. It’s fun to see him on national television. What a thrill it is just to have someone from New Mexico seek a presidential nomination—let alone a candidate who might have a shot. I’m really, really looking forward to the upcoming election, especially the Democratic primary. Debates, conversations, campaigns, the whole lot. November 4, 2008—here’s look at you.
