I’m literally out the door to catch a plane to Sin City to celebrate my little sister’s big-21. Wish me luck!

Everything Raven —No, no … not the Disney TV show (thank goodness). This traveling exhibit opens tomorrow at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science about the world’s largest songbird—whimsy, intelligent and adaptable. Museum admission is $7 for adults, $6 for seniors and $4 for children. Raucous! is open through April 22.

Cradle Project and One Nightstand! —Stop by the Factory on 5th tonight at 6 p.m. for the kick-off of the Cradle Project and a one-night exhibition by Boulder’s Big Rock Cult and UNM. There will be food, music, a fund-raising art auction and more. Check it.

Photovoltaics 101—Learn about solar power plants through a tour of the PNM power plant at Algodones on Saturday, Jan. 27, from 1 to 3 p.m. You know, those flower-like solar panels half way between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Call Sharon at 241-2763 to secure a spot.

Stephen King Goes Comic —The first installment of "Stephen King’s Dark Tower—The Gunslinger Born" will be available at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 7 at True Believers in Santa Fe, but I bet there are some comic stores in Burque town doing the same. Call your favorite and find out.
