Deathly Hallows. How morbid.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be in stores July 21. I’m excited as all get out. J.K. Rowling announced the publication date on her web site, which might just be one of the coolest web sites around (especially if you like treasure hunts, easter eggs and Harry Potter).

Some of you might not care, some of you might just wait until it hits the big screen, but I’ll be at Borders on July 20 with my Rita Skeeter costume and 100+ kids dressed as Harry Potter just to be one of the first to get my paws on a copy at 12:01 a.m. on July 21. Let the speculation begin!
(Personally, I think Severus Snape has some tricks up his sleeve Harry would never guess—I’ve always liked Snape, even at the end of book six. I know, how could I? My vote: Snape definitely gets the axe, but only after giving Harry a big “I Told You So!”)
