There’s a major factual error near the end of this commentary (Marc Schiff is the architect who designed the Downtown courthouses in question; Ken Schultz is the former Albuquerque mayor who entered the guilty plea). Other than that, though, it’s an excellent summary of why New Mexico is still at the center of the Justice Department scandal. It just won’t go away, but hopefully Alberto will … soon.
