In his home state of California, Bill Richardson officially, for reals, announced his candidacy for president today. Ah, politics, I’ll just never understand—my guess is another announcement is another opportunity to get some airtime?Yeah, that’s it.This time around, Richardson really, really aims at the Latino/Hispanic audience by announcing in Spanish and talking about being born in California then going back to Mexico after about eight hours.
