It’s Down To 2 Memphis and Kansas do battle tonight in the NCAA Mens Basketball Championship game. It turns out, Memphis is really very good and North Carolina (who was beaten by Kansas) is quite awful. These two facts managed to escape me when I was filling out my bracket and now I absolutely hate men’s college basketball.As for the women, last night Tennessee narrowly escaped against the LSU Tigers, and the Stanford Cardinal beat the number one team in the land, Connecticut. The Stanford v. Tennessee championship game goes down tomorrow. Tigers In Traction After a lot of pre-season hype, the Detroit Tigers have started their baseball season off with a six game losing streak. No team has ever recovered from such a sluggish beginning to win the World Series. Fortunately, the Tigers have 156 games to turn it around.
