Twenty-three-year-old Sean Carlson took a bunch of bands on the F Yeah Tour in a vegetable oil-fueled bus and The New York Times was there to capture all of it. Carlson goes through night after sleepless night, plunging himself into what eventually amounts to $40,000 worth of personal debt. He sticks to his no corporate sponsorship mantra and makes a name for himself amongst venue owners and music industry insiders. It’s good to know there are still people working unbelievably hard on the business side of music.
