You’ve caught me in the middle of giving my imaginary order to the imaginary friendly employee at In-N-Out Burger. Apparently, the highest quality fast food chain on earth may not make it out of the recession alive. No one is more aware that there never has been and likely never will be an In-N-Out burger in Albuquerque or anywhere in New Mexico. But one of the highlights of any trip to California, Nevada or Arizona is a trip to In-N-Out. Let’s hope the little chain that could survives.
