Alibi Midnight Movie Madness invades the Guild Cinema in Nob Hill this Friday and Saturday night (June 12 and 13) with the horror/action hybrid Pig Hunt . It’s got hunters, bikers, rednecks, yuppies, hippies, a murderous sex cult and a 4,000-pound man-eating mutant pig! What more could you possibly ask for? Check out the trailer at the right.

The soundtrack is composed by former Primus frontman Les Claypool, and the musician even makes an acting appearance in the film. Of course, Claypool played an amazing concert at Albuquerque’s Sunshine Theater on Thursday night. As a reward to all his loyal fans,
Alibi is offering a $2 discount to any Midnight Movie screening this weekend. All you have to do is flash your concert ticket stub at the Guild box office. If you don’t have a tickets stub, don’t fret: The price is only $7.

As always, we’ll be giving away doorprizes at each and every screening. We’ve got some very special doorprizes this time around, though. We managed to talk Mr. Claypool into personally autographing a couple of full-size
Pig Hunt movie posters. We’ll be raffling them off before the first screenings each night.

Screenings will take place Friday and Saturday night at 10 p.m. and Midnight at Guild Cinema (3405 Central NE). See you there!
