You remember the Soy de Burque movement, right? A response to the city’s rebranding of our fair city as The Q, an anonymous collective created a online presence two years ago and began making clothes that tell people where you’re from.It’s expanded heaps in merch since I last looked. Now, the site offers a line for kids and babies, (which sparked the beginnings of a gross “awwww” in me). Even if you don’t have any babies, you probably have to attend your share of baby showers. And if you show up with a “Hecho en Burque” onesie, you can probably count on no present doubling.
