I always wrote off Hanoi Rocks as another lame, fake-o-tron ‘80s hair band … until last night, when I was convinced otherwise. Much of the Finnish four piece’s early music, especially the song posted here, sounds like ‘70s power pop and glampunk. Sadly, at some point the dudes did fall victim to the generic ‘80s glam metal formula, but prior to that it’s pretty bitchin.’
