I am shopping for food for a camping trip I have been planning with another guy. He’ll also be bringing his tiny baby. We stand at a deli case and point out various smoked meats. The woman, however, seems to be ignoring our requests, and is instead giving us some of everything. She dishes up great spoonfuls of some kind of head cheese suspended in green jello.
