It’s six weeks long, six hours a day, involves 20 highschoolers, two original plays by local teen playwrights, and a handful of Tricklockians. It’s the Manoa Project, and it is beginning to devour my life. I love it. The barefoot training sessions have already created three beautiful, luscious, plump, puss-filled blisters on my feet. My favorite part about blisters, after forming calluses of course, is when they pop in the middle of training. Every step you take, a pool of blister juice leaves its mark. Hmm!
