This energy-crazed parody manages to combine the best clichés of ’80s direct-to-video dance flicks and post-apocalyptic action films. In the southern California wasteland of Frazier Park, gangs of bandana-wearing baddies battle for their turf using an ancient video game called Beat Beat Revelation.
