Through 21 years of wine dinners, tastings and auctions, nonprofit Vintage Albuquerque has raised more than $3 million for arts education in the state. The tasteful tradition continues Thursday night with wine dinners at 10 of Albuquerque’s finest restaurants—including Marcello’s Chop House, Prairie Star and La Provence—hosted by a famed winemaker. (There’s even a beer dinner at Chama River Brewing Company just for the hopheads.) Then on Friday, the National Hispanic Cultural Center offers a "fiesta" of 30 wineries, 35 restaurants, and an auction featuring wine, jewelry and art. Going out with a bang on Saturday, a capstone dinner at Prairie Star will be followed by what’s billed has the largest wine auction in the Southwest. Drink in all the details, including pricing and reservation information, at vintagealbuquerque.org.
