Tricklock’s newest production opens tonight, and I’m told there will be snacks. That’s right: Snacks! Black River Falling was conceived by Kevin R. Elder and is co-directed by Elder and fellow Tricklocker Byron Laurie. Rumor has it the show involves old-timey, bluegrass, gospel, barbershop and other distinctly American musical forms. Other than that I don’t know what to expect. You like surprises, don’t you? Show starts at 8 p.m. at UNM’s Theatre X. Tickets are $15 general, $10 seniors, $8 students.
