Yesterday, GOP donor and birdshot victim Harry Whittington brought a whole new meaning to the term “loyal Republican.” After being released from the hospital he told reporters that he's a very “lucky” man, then he apologized to Vice President Dick Cheney because Cheney accidentally shot him in the face.
