No, I don’t mean Marty, our beloved mayor. The president of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, called Bushikins “the devil” in a speech to the U.N. today. Chavez said our president addressed the U.N.’s General Assembly as if he were the “owner of the world.” He said a lot more than that, too. The New York Times article on the subject is a pretty funny read. Truth be told, I don’t know much about the Chavez, aside from that last week, he made an alliance with Iran based on resisting U.S. meddling. But I can get next to anyone calling for U.N. reform. Chavez called the United Nations “antidemocratic.”Remember that Chavez did all this on the floor of the U.N. What a guy. ps.
